We are currently seeking to engage qualified Assessors to assess Police Sergeants and Inspectors through a 12 month work based assessment programme.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate recent experience of conducting work based assessments and hold a Level 5 Certificate in Coaching (or equivalent), and a current Assessors qualification.
Police New Recruit Trainers
We are currently seeking to engage additional trainers with a background in delivering police new recruit training, to join our delivery team for an upcoming programme of courses in throughout the remainder of 2017.
We are particularly interested in hearing from trainers who are experienced delivering;
- Officer Safety training
- Emergency Life Support training
- Public Order training

Investigative Interview trainers
We are also seeking to engage additional trainers with an investigation training background to join our delivery team for an ongoing programme of courses in the West Midlands.
Applicants must have experience of successfully delivering investigation courses, preferably at PIP level 2 AND relevant experience working in a criminal investigation environment
In particular applicants should be able to demonstrate recent experience of delivering training in one or more of the following subject areas:
- Disclosure & Advanced Disclosure
- PEACE / Investigative Interviewing (old Tier 2 & 3)
- Specialist Interview Course (Suspect)
- Achieving Best Evidence Trained (ABE)
- Initial Crime Investigators Development Programme (ICIDP)
Candidates should also hold a Level 3 training qualification or the equivalent/similar professional accreditation.
Police ICT / IT Trainers
Red Snapper Learning are always on the look out for trainers who have experience in the delivery of ICT Training to a police audience. We are particularly interested in hearing from trainers with experience delivering training in one or more of the following or similar applications: PNC, PND, NICHE, ATHENA, PoliceWorks, HOLMES & IBM i2 Analyst Notebook, Other Case & Custody or Command & Control Systems. If you are an experienced ICT trainer and would like to be considered for ad hoc delivery of these courses please ensure your trainer profile is registered with us.
Mental Health & Suicide Awareness Trainers
Red Snapper Learning recently built a team of experienced Mental Health and Suicide Awareness trainers to deliver bespoke training to one of our public sector clients. If you are a trainer who has a background in and experience of design or delivery of this type of training to government / public sector agencies, and would like to join the team register your details with us so you can be considered for nationwide delivery of this programme in 2017.
Local Authority & Housing Trainers & Tutors
We are looking to increase our team of expert lecturers & trainers for delivery of our UK wide accredited and unaccredited learning programmes for multi-agency practitioners. In addition to relevant training experience, applicants should be able to demonstrate operational experience within a Local Authority or Housing Association.
