“I am currently using Red Snapper Learning to deliver a number of courses for the Organisation over a prolonged period in order to help us meet our delivery requirements in L&D.
We have not used external suppliers in this way before and it has been a new experience for us. We first engaged with Red Snapper Learning back in the spring and the service we have received from them has been excellent. From the initial engagement they have been positive, enthusiastic and cooperative. They always try and find the best solution for us and have shown a willingness to look at delivering products in a creative and innovative way.
The staff/trainers that Red Snapper Learning have supplied to date have been excellent. They are engaging and have shown an understanding of the Force that was beyond our expectations. We have received very positive feedback from delegates who have attended their courses.
When dealing with anyone at Red Snapper Learning the service has been quick, efficient and thorough. We are very happy with the services they are providing for us and would have no hesitation in recommending them based on our experiences so far.”

“I initially approached Red Snapper Learning to assist us with staffing the roll out and training of a specialist project
Whilst this was the first occasion I had used Red Snapper Learning I had received excellent feedback from colleagues in other organisations about their services
I was impressed with the helpfulness and thoroughness of their assistance. They were able to provide a number of potential staff who could assist us at fairly short notice. It was pleasing to note that there was no high pressure sales techniques, just conversations about our requirement.
The staff provided met our needs perfectly and supported successful delivery of the training”

The Home Office are very pleased with the fresh perspective that Red Snapper have brought to the course, which has resulted in improvements to course materials and evaluation. Having to induct external trainers into processes has meant that internal processes have been reviewed and improved.”
Since 2015 Red Snapper Learning have been delivering an organisation wide programme of qualifications to Housing Officers, Assistant Housing Officers, Call Centre Staff and Managers. This has been via a selection of our programme of specialist BTEC qualifications:
“I enjoyed the course and found it interesting which gave me a better insight and confidence in myself. I will use the skills and incorporate in my work as a housing officer.
A great experience, we had staff with varying backgrounds in attendance. This allowed us to view how we manage ASB differently and how we can improve our practices.
I found this very useful and a reminder of how important getting in right at the first point of contact is.
Very worthwhile course. It was also very comprehensive and delivered very well. “
Following the changes bought about by the Anti Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, Red Snapper Learning, through the CSP Academy, provided training and briefing events to learners from over 200 organisations impacted by these changes. South Ribble Council engaged RSL to design and deliver training to staff about this new legislation.
Jennifer Mullin – Anti Social Behaviour Manager, South Ribble Council
“Community Safety is a priority for our area and it was decided to train more staff to be able to deal with Anti-social behaviour issues in our district effectively especially in light of the introduction of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
I contacted the academy with our training needs and their consultant was very helpful in designing a course which specifically met our needs. The training on the day was excellent as the preparation prior to the course really helped to ensure that all my goals for the course were met.
The staff really enjoyed the course and this gave them confidence to deal with ASB issues and consider the powers in the Act.”
